Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit
1/2 banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp chia seeds
To start this sweet smoothie, put 1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit in the blender. Frozen fruit gives the smoothie a cool consistency. Next, cut half of a fresh banana and place it in the blender. Add, 1/2 tbsp coconut oil. This adds a healthy fat to the smoothie. Healthy fat helps curves cravings and relaxes the body. Next, put 1 tbsp of chia seeds. Chia seeds adds fiber and is important for your gut health. The liquid for this smoothie is coconut milk. Add 1/2 cup coconut milk in the blender. Now, mix on medium for 1-2 minutes. Pour in a glass and enjoy the pink summer smoothie!
