What is an appetizer your guests will love? Nachos! Imagine the cheese oozing and the smell of fresh chips that fills the room. Four layer nachos is the perfect appetizer! It will leave your guests satisfied till dinner and will not distract from the main course. Nachos are simple and fun to make!

Cook time: 7-10 minutes

Cool time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:

•Tortilla chips

•Turkey meat with Mexican seasoning

•Black beans

•White and yellow cheddar cheese

First, preheat the oven to 350°F. For this nacho recipe I use an 8 inch round stainless steel pan. The recipe does not have exact measurements for the ingredients, have fun with it! Now to begin the recipe. Put a layer a tortilla chips that cover the bottom of the pan. Then, place the pre-made turkey meat on top to cover the chips. Next, put black beans on top of the turkey meat. The beans do not cover the whole pan, and you can use kidney beans or white beans instead. Finally, cover the whole pan with white and yellow cheddar cheese. I use shredded cheese but you can use slices as well. All you should be able to see is cheese in the pan. Put the pan in the oven for 7-10 minutes or till the layers are warm. Let it cool for a few minutes, and your done! Delicious appetizer ready to serve!
